Ugly Handwritten Yellow Letters for Short Sales

If you are in a distressed property area then chances are you will get a hand written letter from a someone that claims to want to make a cash offer. The biggest targets are those in short sale situations, you don't need a guy writing letters you need a short sale specialist. s enough to make your jaw drop.
There are only two types of people using this scam. Scammers who want to get money from you or people who are in a worse situation than you are and bought a late night "webinar" product that suggested this was the most effective marketing technique. Real investors don't write hand written notes. Investors write solid offers often with proof of funds.
